Isra Munoz
Program Operations Manager
Isra is a proud Mexican immigrant who has spent over half his life in the United States, taking on roles ranging from bartending to wedding videography, and most recently, supporting urban farmers in Chicago to build community power and resources. Through these experiences, he discovered a passion for creating systems that simplify and strengthen operations, and developed a belief that technology has untapped potential to serve people, not profit. Having personally seen how outdated systems fail the communities they are meant to support, Isra is driven to build alternatives rooted in mutual care and collaboration. He is excited to bring this mindset to CPA, helping strengthen operational efficiency as the co-op continues to grow and support its members.
