Nathan Davis Hunt

Massachusetts Cooperative Director

Nathan's eclectic background ranged across the fields of social entrepreneurship, grassroots community development, and faith-rooted organizing before leading him to lead CPA's Massachusetts co-op. Some of his major campaigns included starting small businesses that employed returning citizens, co-founding Colorado Village Collaborative, co-creating and leading a campaign to develop affordable housing on faith-owned properties that produced hundreds of new homes, fighting for a host of economic, housing and racial justice policy campaigns, and leading the successful campaign to end payday lending in Colorado.

A seminary grad, wannabe contemplative and writer, Nathan attempts to root all his work in a spirit of solidarity, friendship, thoughtfulness, and laughter. He thinks fewer plantations and more liberation is always a good idea. If it's warm enough, you'll find him on the front porch with a beverage -- come on by.
